Co-founder & Managing Director

With over three years' experience in face-to-face marketing, Oscar Garcia is recognized for his expertise and exceptional results. As co-founder of Proago, his ambition is to transform the way brands interact with their customers, combining performance, authenticity and innovation.

His career in the direct marketing sector is marked by significant achievements, including record sales in Luxembourg and the Benelux region. Oscar has also managed major campaigns for well-known brands such as HelloFresh, which he successfully represented for over two and a half years. Before launching Proago, he led teams as office manager and branch manager, consolidating his strategic vision and operational know-how.

An avid sportsman, Oscar draws inspiration from the values of the top level - discipline, mentality and team spirit - to motivate his colleagues and devise effective strategies. He is convinced that face-to-face marketing represents a unique lever for establishing authentic and lasting human links.

Guillaume THEODOROU

Co-founder & functional manager

With a long-standing passion for performance, both sporting and professional, Guillaume has forged a rich and varied career. After studying dietetics, he followed his entrepreneurial spirit by launching his own clothing brand, before specializing in sales and marketing.

With four years' experience as a sales manager, notably in a world-renowned company, and two years as director of a direct marketing agency, Guillaume has developed a unique expertise, combining agility, action and innovation.

Today, as Proago's functional manager, he puts his know-how at the service of the company's growth, while making various parallel investments. Inspired by his values of discipline and success, he is committed to making Proago a key player in the field of direct marketing, placing ethics and results at the heart of every action.
